Mastering Financial Valuation
A comprehensive 16-week program designed for finance professionals who want to excel at valuation techniques. Starting September 2025, you'll work through real cases with experienced practitioners who've valued companies across every major industry.
Built Around Real Valuations
We don't teach theory in isolation. Each module uses actual company cases — from tech startups to mining operations. You'll learn DCF modeling on a renewable energy project, comparable analysis using retail chains, and precedent transactions from recent M&A deals.
Foundation Methods
DCF fundamentals using real cash flow statements. We start with established companies before moving to growth scenarios and terminal value calculations.
Market Approaches
Trading multiples and precedent transactions. You'll build comprehensive comparable sets and adjust for differences in size, growth, and profitability.
Complex Situations
Distressed companies, high-growth tech firms, and asset-heavy businesses. Each presents unique challenges that standard methods can't handle alone.
Integration & Practice
Combining methods, presenting findings, and defending assumptions. The final project involves valuing a company of your choice with instructor guidance.
Learn From Working Professionals
Our instructors currently work at investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate development teams. They bring fresh perspectives from active deal experience.
